Wenn Gastronomie dein Leben ist und es immer noch Freude macht, du aber feststellst, Du selbst hast kaum noch Zeit für Dich, dann wird es Zeit, etwas zu verändern! Das Ziel von Concetto Mio und seiner Reise, ist das Belpasso. Ein kleines Bistro zum wohlfühlen, keine große Karte eher kleine Gerichte wie Pasta Pizza und Antipasti. Ganz unkompliziert schnell und einfach herzustellen. Schluss mit den Zeiten, wo Concetto noch spätabends selbst, in der Küche stehen musste.

Concetto möchte einen Treffpunkt ins Leben rufen, wo er sich intensiv um seine Gäste und Freundeskreis kümmern kann. Eine gute Stube die aber nicht soviel Arbeit macht, wie ein großes Ristorante. Ein Ort wo auch Er, Ruhe und Freude findet. Wir denken, dass wird ihm hier gelingen!

Concetto, Camello und die Alsterjungs verbindet eine jahrelange enge Freundschaft und viele ausgelassene späte Abende lange Nächte, alleine deswegen sind wir so froh, das es das Belpasso gibt!

 If gastronomy is your life and it is still fun, but you find that you hardly have any time for yourself, then it is time to change something! The destination of Concetto Mio and his journey is the Belapsso. A small bistro to feel good, no large menu, rather small dishes such as pasta pizza and antipasti. Very uncomplicated, quick and easy to manufacture. No more times when Concetto himself had to stand in the kitchen late at night.

Concetto wants to create a meeting place where he can take care of his guests and friends. A good room that doesn't do as much work as a large Ristorante. A place where He, too, finds peace and joy. We think he will succeed here!

Concetto, Camello and the Alsterjungs are linked by a long-term close friendship and many exuberant late evenings, long nights, that's why we're so glad that the Belpasso exists!

e la gastronomia è la tua vita e ti piace ancora, ma ti accorgi che ormai non hai quasi più tempo per te stesso, allora è il momento di cambiare! La meta di Concetto Mio e del suo viaggio è Belpasso. Un piccolo bistrot dove sentirsi a casa, non un menù molto vasto, ma piccoli piatti come pasta, pizza e antipasti. Molto semplice, veloce e facile da realizzare. Sono finiti i giorni in cui Concetto doveva restare in cucina fino a tarda notte.

Concetto desidera creare un luogo di incontro dove prendersi cura dei propri ospiti e amici. Un buon ristorante che non richiede tanto lavoro quanto un ristorante di grandi dimensioni. Un luogo dove anche lui potrà trovare pace e gioia. Siamo convinti che ce la farà!

Concetto, Camello e gli Alsterjungs sono amici intimi da anni e hanno trascorso insieme tante serate esuberanti e lunghe notti, ed è per questo che siamo così felici che esista il Belpasso!
