Parken: beliebtes Wohngebiet, es was suchen muss man schon. Besser mit der U2 zur Station: Christuskirche. Dann noch 

               drei Minuten Fußweg in Richtung Schanzenviertel.

Claudia Pindinello und Mario Snida haben ihre kleine Oase mitten in Eimsbüttel gefunden. Schon seit 1990 verwöhnen sie Gäste immer mit frisch zubereiteten Speisen. Dafür bittet man den Gast, etwas Wartezeit in Kauf zu nehmen. Für das Ergebnis wartete der Gast jedoch gerne, es ist einfach zu gut gemacht. Die Tagesempfehlungen habe eine erstaunliche Qualität und schmecken hervorragend. Jedoch ist es keine Todsünde eine gute Pasta oder eine leckere Pizza zu bestellen. Man ist eben typisch Eimsbüttel, völlig ungekünstelt und bodenständig.

Die Teller könnten auch sehr gut in einem Spitzenlokal auf den Tisch kommen. So wird Vitello Tonnato völlig neu interpretiert oder Capaccio auf eine künstlerische Weise da geboten. Dabei sind die Speisen gut gewürzt und die Soßen haben einen tollen Geschmack. Dabei stimmt auch das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis auf angenehme Art und Weise.

Das Ambiente ist durch die Holzmöbel warm und Landestypisch gemütlich. Der Service freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, was will der Gast mehr. Somit verbringt der Gast entspannte Stunden im bunten Eimsbüttel.

Wenn es mal ein kleines bodenständiges Ristorante sein darf, dass mit seiner Küche überraschen kann, dann ist das L’incontro da Cosimo der richtige Ort dafür.

Claudia Pindinello and Mario Snida have found their little oasis in the middle of Eimsbüttel. They have been pampering guests with freshly prepared dishes since 1990. In return, you ask the guest to wait a little longer. However, the guest was happy to wait for the result, it is simply too well done. The daily recommendations are of astonishing quality and taste great. However, it is not a deadly sin to order a good pasta or a delicious pizza. You are just typically Eimsbüttel, completely unaffected and down-to-earth.

The plates could very well be served in a top restaurant. Vitello Tonnato is completely reinterpreted or Capaccio is offered in an artistic way. The dishes are well seasoned and the sauces have a great taste. The price-performance ratio is also good in a pleasant way.

The ambience is warm and cozy, as is typical of the country, thanks to the wooden furniture. The service friendly and very attentive, what more could the guest want. Thus, the guest spends relaxing hours in the colorful Eimsbüttel.

Posizione: proprio sulla Weidenallee, da non trascurare.

Parcheggio: popolare zona residenziale, devi cercarlo. Meglio con gli U2 alla stazione: Christ Church. Poi tre minuti a piedi in direzione Schanzenviertel.

Claudia Pindinello e Mario Snida hanno trovato la loro piccola oasi nel mezzo di Eimsbüttel. Dal 1990 coccolano gli ospiti con piatti preparati al momento. In cambio, l'ospite è pregato di accettare un po' di tempo di attesa. Tuttavia, l'ospite è stato felice di aspettare il risultato, è semplicemente troppo ben fatto. I consigli giornalieri sono di straordinaria qualità e hanno un ottimo sapore. Tuttavia, non è peccato mortale ordinare una buona pasta o una deliziosa pizza. Sei solo il tipico Eimsbüttel, completamente inalterato e con i piedi per terra.

I piatti potrebbero benissimo essere serviti in un ristorante di alto livello. Vitello Tonnato viene interpretato in modo completamente nuovo o Capaccio viene proposto in modo artistico. I piatti sono ben conditi e le salse hanno un ottimo gusto. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto in modo piacevole.

L'ambiente è caldo e tipico del paese grazie ai mobili in legno. Il servizio era cordiale e molto attento, cosa si può desiderare di più l'ospite. Così, l'ospite trascorre ore rilassanti nel colorato Eimsbüttel.

Se cercate un locale piccolo e sobrio che sappia sorprendervi con la sua cucina, allora L'incontro da Cosimo è il posto giusto.
