Parken: belebte Wohngegend, etwas suchen wird sich nicht vermeiden lassen.

Wer es über Jahrzehnte schafft, sich zu behaupten, macht vieles richtig. Die Brüder Francesco und Cesare Pinsone sowie ihre unkomplizierte und aufmerksame Crew tun dies in vorbildlicher Weise. Weder möchte man eine einfache Pizzeria sein noch ein gehobener Gourmettempel, beides wird bewusst vermieden. Vielmehr liebt man es, die Gäste locker und entspannt zu verwöhnen. Dies spiegelt sich auch im Publikum wieder, das bunt gemischt ist.

Der vordere Eingangsbereich ist eher rustikal und mit viel Holz gestaltet, was dazu einlädt, einen Wein zu genießen oder sich in einem gemütlichen Small Talk auszutauschen. Die hinteren Räumlichkeiten sind schön eingedeckt und zeichnen sich durch eine elegante sowie sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Der alte Dielenboden und die Einrichtung strahlen viel Nostalgie aus.

Der Service ist herzlich und freundlich, dabei jedoch aufmerksam, ohne die Gäste alle fünf Minuten zu fragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Gerade diese Art ermöglicht es den Gästen, abzuschalten und ungestörte Zweisamkeit zu genießen.

Das Essen ist wirklich gut zubereitet, und es ist problemlos möglich, hier abends eine gute Pasta zu genießen. Dabei zeigt der Koch sein Können besonders, wenn man ihm freie Hand lässt; dann erreicht er seine Höchstleistung.

Die Weinkarte ist klein, jedoch mit einem erfreulichen Preisgefüge ausgestattet. Der Vino Nobile war ausgezeichnet und zu einem für Hamburg sehr guten Preis erhältlich.

Im Sommer sitzen wir hinter der Hecke auf der Terrasse und genießen die warme Jahreszeit.

 Anyone who manages to hold their own over the decades is clearly doing something right. Brothers Francesco and Cesare Pinsone, along with their approachable and attentive crew, do exactly that in exemplary fashion. They deliberately avoid being either a simple pizzeria or a high-end gourmet temple; instead, they prefer to pamper their guests in a relaxed, easygoing manner. This is reflected in the wonderfully diverse clientele.

The front entrance area features a rustic design with plenty of wood—an inviting spot to enjoy a glass of wine or strike up a casual conversation. The dining areas further back are beautifully set and boast an atmosphere that is both elegant and incredibly cozy; the original floorboards and décor exude a sense of nostalgia.

The service is warm and friendly yet attentive, without constantly hovering to ask if everything is alright. This approach allows guests to truly unwind and enjoy some undisturbed time together.

The food is expertly prepared, and it is a pleasure to enjoy a good pasta dish here in the evening. The chef truly shines when given free rein, allowing him to perform at his absolute best.

The wine list is compact but reasonably priced. The Vino Nobile was excellent and offered at a price that is very good for Hamburg.

In the summer, we like to sit on the terrace behind the hedge and enjoy the warm weather.

Posizione: proprio sulla strada principale, da non perdere.

Parcheggio: zona residenziale trafficata, non potrai fare a meno di cercare qualcosa.

Chiunque riesca a rimanere un punto di riferimento per decenni fa molte cose nel modo giusto. I fratelli Francesco e Cesare Pinsone, insieme al loro team cordiale e attento, lo fanno in modo esemplare. Non vogliono essere una semplice pizzeria né un ristorante gourmet di lusso; evitano consapevolmente entrambi. Al contrario, amano coccolare i loro ospiti in un'atmosfera rilassata e informale. Questo si riflette anche nella clientela variegata.

L'ingresso principale ha un'atmosfera rustica, con molto legno, che invita gli ospiti a gustare un bicchiere di vino o a conversare piacevolmente. Le sale sul retro sono arredate con gusto e offrono un'atmosfera elegante ma al tempo stesso molto accogliente. I pavimenti e gli arredi antichi trasmettono un senso di nostalgia.

Il servizio è cordiale e amichevole, ma attento senza essere invadente. Questo approccio permette agli ospiti di rilassarsi e godersi un momento di tranquillità.

Il cibo è davvero ben preparato ed è facile gustare un delizioso piatto di pasta qui la sera. Lo chef dà il meglio di sé quando ha libertà di espressione; è in quei momenti che raggiunge l'apice della sua arte.

La carta dei vini è limitata, ma i prezzi sono molto ragionevoli. Il Vino Nobile era eccellente e disponibile a un ottimo prezzo per Amburgo.

D'estate, ci sediamo dietro la siepe sulla terrazza e ci godiamo il bel tempo.
